About Me...

Nick

With over 13 years of experience in leadership, I have a proven track record of leading teams in a customer service environment, including call centers and retail store environments. I believe in a servant leadership style; my role is to empower my teams to do their best, and motivate them to give 100% of their effort and dedication.

I have experience leading teams in Workforce Management and Data Reporting. I have built reporting structures, driven reporting on workforce and call center data to support operations, performance management, and implemented Tableau dashboard reporting for enterprise wide reporting.

For development, I am learning front-end Web Development. I have experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SASS/SCSS. I am working towards becoming more knowledgeable about several frameworks, including Bootstrap and React.js.

Since 2005, I have been a Linux enthusiast as well. I have been using Ubuntu just as long, and tried a lot of other distributions. While Ubuntu is still my go-to, I have branched out. I prefer GNOME, but am starting to really love KDE. I have a love of technology in general though, and own some Apple products and a couple computers that use Windows as well. Keeping my ear to the ground of all things technology, I think keeps me grounded and from becoming too adherent to one particular technology "tribe".
